PSX invites brokers to exhibit at ICM II conference
As strategic partners of the Second International Islamic Capital Markets Conference & Expo (ICM II), the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has invited securities brokers to participate as exhibitors in this conference & expo.
The event scheduled for Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi, has been organised by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), and the Islamic Development Bank Institute.
The strategic partners behind this event, along with PSX, are Central Depository Company (CDC), National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL), Mutual Funds Association of Pakistan (MUFAP), NBFI & Modaraba Association of Pakistan, and the Pakistan Stock Brokers Association (PSBA).
The event will be graced by Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister & Foreign Minister of Pakistan, as Chief Guest, and Muhammad Aurungzeb, Federal Minister for Finance & Revenue, Pakistan, as Guest of Honour.
The theme of ICM II is, ‘From Tech Transformation to Realizing Sustainability: Building an Inclusive Islamic Capital Market’.
Prominent Islamic finance, banking, and Islamic capital market leaders, among others, will be participating in this eminent event. Showcasing by securities brokers at this event will enable them the opportunity to increase their outreach by directly engaging with industry leaders, visitors and the general public at the Islamic Finance Expo which will be held alongside the conference.
The expo promises increased exposure and engagement for securities brokers with Islamic offerings. Booths are available in Gold, Silver and Bronze categories on first come-first served basis.
